CrossFit begins with a belief in fitness and community. Our goal is to improve physical abilities across a wide variety of time and movement standards. CrossFit is also the community that bonds and energizes when people do these workouts together. In fact, the group motivation, accountability, and support aspect of CrossFit is a key component of why it’s so effective.
CrossFit is also universally scalable. From beginner bootcamps to competitor classes, all the way up to the CrossFit Games seen on ESPN, the sport of fitness is something that everyone can be a part of in their own unique capacity, because human needs vary by degree, not by type. We are all a part of this journey and we are stronger together.
