Kassidy Lear

Kassidy started her CrossFit journey when she joined Norman Strength in 2025, and she’s become such a fun part of our community.

Outside the gym, she’s a junior at OU majoring in Special Education. She loves spending time with her Norman family and friends and staying involved with her church.

Her favorite movement? Squat cleans!

Kassidy feels called to serve others, and she loves that coaching gives her the opportunity to help people become the best versions of themselves. She’s also quite chatty (you may already know this), so getting to know people and building community is one of her favorite parts of coaching.
